I’m still amazed…

at the stupidity of our school’s ISP at times. I know I shouldn’t be. But after enquiring about why our Internet has been up + down more often than a French tart’s knickers for most of the morning, I was informed that they were simply carrying out scheduled maintenance on their backbone switches. At 10a.m on a Tuesday. Having just had an entire week of half-term holiday where the schools were closed and no-one would have noticed or minded a little downtime on their Internet connection.

Mais, c’est la vie, n’est pas?
