Collection of recent photos

As promised, a load of photos from days out and long weekend in the Lake District whilst Kat was over. Was quite impressed with the new camera, Fuji F450 – dead small + light, battery that lasts forever, excellent 2″ screen on the camera itself, and creats some very impressive photos. Although these are scaled down to speed up downloading, the full size images are pretty damn good! Would recommend it for $230!

But, some photos of day trips whilst out + about:

So that filled up our days along with daily trips to Tesco (dunno what it is with wimin’ and shoppin’…) and a few movies and home cooked (and some not…) meals! Then we headed off to the Lake District for 4 nights. For anyone that hasn’t been there, it’s somewhere you have to experience! I’ve been taken there since I was a kid and have been walking, hostelling + camping around the area since I was 16 and never get bored with the place. We got lucky with the weather for the most part, but you usually get at least some decent weather during a long weekend so pack your bags and check it out!

So, that’s the best of them. Am guessing the photos from my next trip may not be quite as scenic – off to Alaska for Christmas + Minnesota for New Year so flat landscapes and bucket loads of snow will probably be the order of the day there!
